BUSINESS CONSULTANT F&B, COSMETICS (F/H)

Poste

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their Business Consulting team. You will be working directly with their clients, internal and external partners, to lead the build and delivery of solution design and configuration requirements to provide best practice solutions.

About the Team: The Team runs implementation projects with customer's based in France. All team members are home based in these countries and report into the Senior Director of Client Services.

What you will be doing:

" As Business Consultant you will be responsible for delivering deployment projects on-time, per schedule and in budget
" You will work in a team together with the Project Manager and Technical Consultants.
" You will formulate and document recommendations to configure the PLM system with attention to a client's wishes and "out of the box" capabilities
" Training of customers on the solution according to the Centric training offerings throughout the different phases of the project
" Coaching of colleagues and sharing of your experiences and knowledge
" Flexibility to travel within the region in order to work on-site with customers and project colleagues.

Profil

" Good communication skills
" An in-depth knowledge about the business processes in the Food & Beverages, Cosmetics industry or in the FMCG industries
" Great problem-solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase profitability and efficiency to our customers
" Translate process information and customer requirements into functionality
" Presentation Skills
