Your Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with customers, prospects and key players in the Region
- Ensure growth of business above market average
- Develop named key account customers headquartered in the Region together with your ASMs
- Drive the digital transformation
- Ensure margin targets (average above target prices) and expense targets to meet operating result targets set for the Region
- Manage receivables by establishing best possible payment conditions and enforcing them
- Participate in our customer business planning to represent the Region's requirements
- Provide regular and comprehensive feedback on market trends and competitive actions
- Feedback of customers' and prospects' expectation into our customer organization
- Provide regular and accurate forecast for financial planning and production planning Forecast (order entry, revenue)
- Manage staff (ASMs) in the Region including conducting Annual Reviews/Half-Year Reviews agreeing on objectives, to perform as a team and cooperate well with other functions within our customer
- Interface to the délégué du personnel

Profil

Your Background
- Education to degree level in either mechanical engineering, computer science or similar career
- Proven sales experience of 5 or more years in selling high tech investment products, also capable to generate sales projects by using cold acquisition, ideally in Addive - - - Manufacturing
- Experience as a people manager
- Experience in agile methods
- High level of self-motivation and able to motivate his team
- Team player and good communication skills
- Role model in supporting our customer values
- Target-oriented and able to work independently, based on the our customer vision, values, goals set in annual plans as well as the results of various decision-making groups, e.g. Regional Managers Meeting
- Flexible and able to adapt easily the changing environments
- A personality representing our customer in the public and towards customers
- Fluent business English
