This position is part of EMEA Marketing team. Reporting to our EMEA Marketing Director who is responsible for our marketing and communications strategy and execution across the entire region, you will be responsible for all campaigns destined to increase acquisition, pipeline and achieve revenue goals. You are a marketing automation fan, you know how to manage projects and meet a deadline.

" Build, execute, manage and report all campaigns by collaborating with marketing

o Using Pardot Marketing Automation, Salesforce CRM and WordPress to build engaging studio nurturing campaigns, email scenarios, ad campaigns, social networks, GA campaigns. This includes (but not limited to) creating CRM campaigns, pulling distribution lists, laying out emails and building landing pages to optimize the user experience.
o Manage databases in Salesforce. Build out, clean and run reports. Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity and implement an action plan for growth.
o Execute online advertising campaigns in partnership with field marketing and content marketing, including (but not limited to) email marketing, social media and digital display advertising.
o Identify MQL, SALs in the system

" Continuously analyze engagement data in order to optimize acquisition.

" Strive to always ensure there's great ROI on everything we do, even if it's just testing.

" Execute day to day activities required to support Demand Generation efforts and inside sales team activities to help win deals

" Manage opt-outs and monitor email deliverability, subscription management

" Maintain data integrity/compliance regulation reports

" Manage importing new data in our CRM

" Provide general marketing support

Profil

" Min 3 years' experience

" B2B /B2C Marketing/communication experience with strong project management skills

" Solid knowledge of marketing tools (i.e. Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, WordPress or similar) and CRM (Salesforce, SugarCRM…)

" Demonstrated quality in execution and on time delivery of projects.

" Ability to learn quickly, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

" Detail oriented and able to successfully manage multiple assignments across several projects

" Strong team player

" Experience in multi-cultural teams is a plus

" You solve your own problems. You bring solutions, not tissues.

" You know how to juggle. Not literally, although that would be cool too :

" Languages: fluent in English but the more languages, the better
" Super energetic, happy and not afraid of a challenge


Immediate start
Some traveling will be required.
This position can be based in France, Germany or the UK.
This is a home office-based role with occasional travel. A home office space and fast internet connection are mandatory. Working from home is not for everyone so think seriously before you apply.
